Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

In order to use our digitization services, the clients accept these Terms of Service. Any of the clients consuming our services are bound by these terms, and in case they have any disagreement with any of them, no any portion of it, they shouldn’t use the services.

2. Service Description

Some of the primary services we offer include physical and digital document scanning, image scanning, audio and video conversion. Services that can be provided and regular-delivery time frame will be negotiated in the separate contracts or orders.

3. Client Responsibilities

Concerning ownership, clients are held to account over the content to be digitized with specific emphasis today on accuracies, completeness, and legal compliance. We assume no responsibility for problems stemming from the provision of unlawful or unauthorized information.

4. Order Confirmation

Clients will be presented an order confirmation containing information on the purchased services, approximate time of delivery, and the price for it. It is up to the company and the client to sign this word to act as an affirmation through the contract.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for services are required for payment at the time services are rendered unless agreed otherwise in writing. We are flexible with payment methods and allow such payments as credit cards and online payment services. Some of the penalties for delayed payments include charges or termination of the required service.

6. Turnaround Time

We foresee ourselves to be able to deliver digitization projects on schedule as planned. Nonetheless, there may be some problems becauseof technical fallacies, or something extraordinary may happen. Where there will be any serious delays, the clients will be informed accordingly.

7. Revisions and Corrections

Digitized content needs to be adapted to the requirements defined by the client, and the latter can request changes to the provided work. Any request for modification to delivered work should be made within a week from the time the work was completed and delivered.

8. Use of Digitized Content

Clients’ rights to digitized content are transferred to them upon the finish of services and payment of the respective fee. However, the company retains the right to use specimens that have been sanitized of the client’s identity or specimen type for advertising or showcase until and unless the client has expressly declined it.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Copes with the confidentiality of the client materials and is extremely protective of personal and business information. The manner in which we collect, use, retain, and disclose personal data is directed by our Privacy Policy as well as the country’s data protection laws.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

Clients need to bear sole responsibility for the content which is intended for digitization and make sure they possess all the rights necessary for it. As for client submissions, we shall not be held accountable for any form of copyright or any other intellectual property violation query.

11. Termination of Services

Conditions of sale you agree that we may terminate or refuse further services to any clients who transgress these terms or who are involved in any unlawful business. Clients can also discharge their use of our services at any one time upon giving a written notice to the firm.

12. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund can only be offered to clients under certain conditions including where service have not been offered as agreed. Customers have the right to cancel orders before work is started, but if the process of digitization is already underway, refunds will be given according to the stated cancellation and no refund policies.

13. Limitation of Liability

Although we do our best to protect the integrity and authenticity of the material produced and converted into digital form, we accept no responsibility for inappreciable, remote or consequential losses or other such damages as loss of data, degradation of files, etc.

14. Force Majeure

These situations therefore exclude acts of God, technical malfunctions, or actions by the government as beyond our control and thus they exempt us from any blame arising from delayed or failed service delivery.

15. Ownership of Physical Materials

Unless the otherwise agreed upon, the client remains the owner of any physical material presented to the service for digitization. After the project is finished, physical materials will be returned to the client or the client’s representative or, if the client wishes, we can dispose of them.

16. Delivery of Digitized Files

We provide our products in electronic format through web-based portals, media sharing or through physical means at the discretion of the buyer. Clients are told to ensure that they have relevant technology to enable them to use files that were delivered.

17. Security Measures

The means used for passing client information from one system to another or storing it also involves necessary precautions. However, we cannot rule out the possibility that an unauthorized access, hacking or other type of breach may happen in the future. Clients are willing to indemnify us in such circumstances.

18. Content Backup

A copy of digitized files may be stored for some days after the delivery maybe 30 days depending on the client’s request. Subsequent to this period, the client is to make backups of the material themselves and we do not have any responsibility for lost files.

19. Amendments to Terms

We also retain the discretion to amend these Terms of Service at our sole discretion at any time. Any change will be updated on this website and by using our services after such changes have been posted, you agree to the changes.

20. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed and construed in accordance with the relevant laws of the country or state where we are located. Disputes concerning the use of our services will be governed by local laws on jurisdiction.
