Acceptance of Terms
Our Services
The Digitizing Spot provides professional digitizing and artwork services, including but not limited to:
- Embroidery Digitizing
- Vector Conversion
- Logo Redrawing
- Color Separation
- Custom Patch Design Services
- Graphic Design Services
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any service without prior notice.
Orders & Artwork Approval
All orders must be reviewed and approved by the customer before final production. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check all artwork proofs, digitized files, designs, sizing, text, and specifications before approval. Once approval is provided, The Digitizing Spot will not be responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

Revisions
We offer revisions to ensure customer satisfaction. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of file delivery. Additional charges may apply if revision requests involve major design changes, new artwork, or modifications beyond the original order requirements.
Customer Responsibilities
By submitting artwork, logos, images, or designs, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the submitted content, or
- You have obtained permission from the rightful owner.
The Digitizing Spot is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations resulting from customer-submitted artwork.
Intellectual Property
All customer-supplied artwork remains the property of the customer. The Digitizing Spot retains ownership of internally created production files, digitizing techniques, and proprietary processes unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may display completed projects in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless the customer requests confidentiality in writing before project completion.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of digitizing and design services, refunds are generally not available once work has started.
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Work has not yet begun.
- We are unable to complete the project.
- A proven service error cannot be corrected through revisions.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Limitation of Liability
The Digitizing Spot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from:
- Use of our services
- Production delays
- File compatibility issues
- Loss of business, profits, or revenue
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Website Usage
You agree not to:
- Use our website for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access to website systems.
- Upload harmful software, malware, or malicious content.
- Interfere with website functionality or security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these terms.
